Returned to Dry after drifting for a few years

Initially I started with Dry, but got sidetracked with the electrolytes and testing mineral water ..

life was better on dry, I was better. I accidentally came over here and read more on Dry fasting and reignited my ambition. i did a few days two weeks ago, 80h last week, and im starting again next week. I want to see till easter how i can adapt and integrate this to its full extent.
