3 days into my dry fast I am currently experiencing continuous burps and lots of stomach growling 😂. Is this normal? Also I am planning to end my fast at 8 days and then refeed for 4 days and on the nxt day I have a function to attend where I might eat a big meal. So is 4 days enough for refeed for 8 days fast ? And if I plan to extend my fast to 10 days then is 2 days enough to refeed?
