Is this safe?

Hello! I would like to do a 5 day dry fast and 2 day refeed if I feel alright is it safe to do another 5 day fast or just stick to dry fasting 3 days a week after this? I want to make dry fasting apart of my life and do it weekly. Some people say you need a x amount of recovery time others say just go ahead and jump into another one. I just need advice to figure out how to plan this. Thank you!
