Has anyone here found thay dry fasting preserves muscle mass ratio of weight loss better than water fasting?

I feel better in every aspect on dry fasting and I'm already aware it's undoubtedly superior to water fasting, with less bloating, weakness, heart arythmia, and more mold and pathogen detox than water fasting. One thing I'm still trying to figure out is if dry fasting not only promotes more autophagy (proven) but despite more weight loss than waterfasting, also preserves more muscle mass(only some anecdotes). But even more anecdotes would be very welcome!
