How to make it

Hey all I just did my first 1 day dry fast and experienced a lot of benefits. I found it very hard to even make it 1 day though and felt like I was dying at the 24 hour mark. I’ve never done a prolonged fast in my life because I always felt weak(probably from malnutrition and blood sugar problems) but I’ve been eating well recently and thought I’d try one. Does anyone have tips to go longer? Thank you
