Thoughts on alternate day fasting?

I.e. 2 days dry fasting, 2 days drinking aloe vera and decaf, 2 days dry fast, 2 days aloe vera and decaf? In theory shouldn't you be able to last longer and get MUCH more autophagy because of how rich in salt, potassium and magnesium aloe vera and decaf are? Decaf itself has twice as much potassium and magnesium as coffee. It's only 10 calories a day both drinks combined and no artificial sweeteners
