Dry fasting made me realize something that is common sense: eat only when hungry and dont over eat

During Ramadan i have did dry fasting and had a 4 hours window in general for feeding. I lost weight, but kost importantly I have gained an understanding and a perceptive.

1-I dont need to eat more than i need to. I eat when i am hungry, and not when society dictate food time. I can wistand hunger, and it is not a big deal.

2-The problem is not in diets or in food. The main issue was in me. I always ate as per emotion.

I am now in better situation and losing weight without even trying. I have stopped doing dry fasting and now just doing what suits my body.

I cant wait to do dry fasting again every year in Ramadan. It is just fun.
