Do you really burn 2lbs a day on average with dry fasting?

Can someone share there fat loss experience. I'm honestly doing this purely for fat loss and discipline. I've done a few 48hr water fasts and omad in the past. How much did you net lose of fat after a few days of regular maintenance eating? Is it just mostly water weight or is there more fat loss vs water fasting? Any advice?Thanks, need to get my life together
